Career path, senmon gakko, language school or MBA?

Hello everyone, I am currently working in the international trade (import/export field) and been studying japanese a couple of years in my home country, currently preparing N2.

I am 32 years old, I have a degree in international relations with 6 years of experience in the sector and I have been wondering what would be the best way to get a job in Japan, a two-year course in a senmon gakko (something related to foreign trade) , study at a language school to reach N1 or study an MBA.

For those who have more experience in this topic, which of these options do you consider to be the most appropriate to increase your chances when looking for work?

Would you know any advisor (head hunter) who could be consulted on these types of questions?

Thank you in advance!
