Question about the reply form

Hi!! I just got my placement, very excited about it.

Quick question about the reply form: it asks you if your JET/Non-JET partner/spouse will be coming with you to Japan. My boyfriend (non-JET) might be coming with me for like a few weeks at the beginning of my stay or a bit later, do I have to write that on the form, even though he wouldn’t be staying long (more like a holiday stay)?
