Blue Ribbon Sushi Boston

Just the highlight of the night.
-Aburi Nodoguro (Blackthroat Seaperch)
-Katsuo (Skipjack)
-Hirame kobujime (founder)
-Botan ebi (sweet shrimp)
-Ise Ebi (Japanese Spiny lobster) ((honestly Maine’s better))
-Buri w/ marinated miso (adult yellowtail)

Perfect rice ratio slightly overpriced. 8.75/10

  2. I went here earlier this year. I was pretty disappointed. I’m in NYC so I’m spoiled by good sushi but I thought Blue Ribbon would be reliable. I found it okay, not offensive or anything, but way overpriced.

  3. Torching fish on nigiri imo is gross. I hate the flavor that’s placed on the fish. Burnt butane.

  4. Superb. Looks amazing. Love that they don’t resort to that hacky thing that’s trendy now, of stacking 3 sushi toppings on top of each other on a nigiri for no good reason, like a damn turducken.

I am preemptively downvoting this comment to save you the trouble.
