Any Shampoo recommendation for hair thickness?

Hello!
I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a shampoo product for hair thickening.

I’m going into my 30s right now.
I used to have a pretty dense / thick hair from my recollection but starting from few months ago, I started to notice that I can see my scalp better than the usually when I brush it with my comb or hands. It’s still dense and I have a volume but for some reason my hair feels… lighter.

I recently changed the barber and perhaps he ’掃除’ -ed the density of my hair but I really don’t think that’s the reason.

Any recs on the hair product?
Thanks!

  1. Babe, welcome to the thing called aging. No shampoo is going to reverse it. Happens to everyone, so just learn to deal. As you get closer to 40, all sorts of things are going to be like ” Well, I USED TO this and I USED TO THAT”. Used to is the definition of getting older. Just take care of yourself, eat right and work out. Thats pretty much all you can do to slow it down.

  2. Just embrace it and move on.
There is shampoo’s that can stop hair loss, but they often wreck your hormones.

  3. Those type of shamppo’s do not really work. There only 2 proven methods of halting and in some cases reversing it a bit and that is finasteride and minoxidil.

  4. Not a product, but I’d also recommend taking some specific pictures of your hair to keep an eye on it. Not aging but I started taking a medication (unrelated). I could have sworn it was falling out but in my case, it seems to have stopped. But it’s good not to trust your memory, especially if you start using something and want to see if it is working.

  5. I’d get tested and see if your levels are ok, could be a vitamin deficiency causing hair thinning. A doctor an asses and tell you! Good luck
