Hi, I was just in Japan two weeks ago. Awesome!
My group and I grew very fond of the “Omelette, Ham, Lettuce” (specifically Omelette not egg on the package) sandwichs found in 711 and family mart. I’ve tried looking online to find the sandwich, but only different sandwiches come up.
Does anyone know how to make the sandwich? It seems to be some sort of steamed egg like Tamagoyaki os something similar.

You want to make an ‘omlet’ by mixing a little mayonnaise (preferably kewpie) salt, pepper with your eggs before cooking.
