My meds don’t come with them. I’m supposed to mix it with bacteriostatic water myself. I used to just buy them off Amazon in the UK. How do I best go about this living in Japan? I don’t have a doctors here and didn’t want to bring anything like that through customs.
EDIT: I would prefer to buy them in person if possible as I’m working away in various places and I’m unfamiliar with the Japanese postal system. I don’t speak Japanese.

Just searched “1ml medical syringe” (in English) on Amazon Japan and there are several options.
You’ll have to verify but looks like it should be easy for you to get what you need.
If you’re talking about syringes with needles you can’t buy them without a prescription from a doctor.
