Short-term HRT treatment in Osaka (FtM)

Hello!

I’m a student here in Japan, Osaka, planning to enroll in university soon.
I’m ftM trans, I gave up on starting my transition for many years because of my parents, but recently I’ve read a few posts of people sharing their experience and saying it’s way easier to start HRT in Japan than in their home country, so I want to take a few testosterone shots, until my voice just drops a bit lower and makes me a bit more comfortable in my own skin.

I’m still at the mercy of my parents since they are paying for tuition, so unfortunately I can’t do HRT without quitting it temporarily, but even this option is way better than nothing.

Does anyone know a clinic that would allow me to take only a few shots instead of a continuous therapy?

I asked in the Nagumo clinic, but they told me they only provide treatment to people who plan surgeries and long-term transition.
Maybe I should just start hrt somewhere without telling my doctor that it’s temporary, and then quit with an excuse that my parents found out?
