You likely won’t be able to get a work visa as a personal trainer, I’m afraid to say.
How are you going to get a visa?
Start as a construction work or factory worker.
Regardless of getting a visa, getting a job might not be easy either because your Japanese language level needs to be conversational at least and you haven’t mentioned your level in your post.
If you had a good enough level of Japanese you could find some job openings and see if you even qualify.
