Planning to take Narita express from the airport to Shinjuku. Will it be a problem?
Anyone have a suggestion on how to get to the Shinkansen from Shinjuku on Nov 18th in light of this? Nov 18 is our Tokyo -> Kyoto day.

Note that ONLY the Yamanote line is closed. And only in 1 direction on the 18th and the other direction on the 19th
All other lines are not impacted such as Nex or other JR lines that are not Yamanote.
I’m staying in Shinagawa. What would be the alternative route to Shibuya from there?
