I joined SMBC and Olive purely.because they advertised an English option.
The home page is in English on the app. Nothing else is. Complete lies and false advertising.
If you don’t have a good level of Japanese, go with another bank. They’re teasing English to get clients but haven’t invested in a proper English accessible platform.
