Guarantor Companies or non-guarantor apartments

Hello. I’m a little bit stuck. I’m transferring jobs, but my company won’t be my guarantor. That’s fine, but it leaves me with the option of looking at apartments that are poor quality and overpriced, or paying an (expensive) guarantor company. If you’ve had this experience, what was it like?

  1. Most newer apartments that are owned by companies use guarantor companies. Its not expensive. like 15,000 yen a year.
    The nice thing is my “expensive” apartment has a call center.
