I got a house loan, 30 years to pay. I have already paid 2 years And now I wanted to go home to my country because now I am struggling to survive and afford living in Japan. jobs has been completely exhausting here in japan. Basically I have given up and dont want to live here anymore. I completely understand it was my fault getting my self into this situation and commitment. Now I just want to surrender the house and property back to the Loan company. is this possible?
I don’t want to rent the place.
Selling it to new owner will take time and I don’t want to stay here in Japan anymore.
Has anyone have experience this? or know someone who gave up the property?

You don’t need to be in Japan to sell the property. Find an agent before you leave and pay a higher percentage in fees for them to take care of anything.
