I noticed the JR/EX app has an information flag for getting refunds for cancelled routes between Kyushu & Tokyo Nov. 9-19 2013, but I cannot find any information on any actual weather warnings or cancellations. Has anyone been able to find information?
I’ve tried weather & Google searches but nothing that indicates any level of precaution like a typhoon.

We have some cold fronts coming through over the next week or two which could create instability and probably some stormy weather. At least that is what the weather person was talking about this morning.
But with these fronts, fall will finally start to feel like fall.
