My first attempt a roll, not sure if this counts as sushi but while it wasn’t pretty it was pretty good!

  1. Wow! How eclectic! I would like to know what the components are. It looks tasty! I would class this as kimbap given the cooked elements.

    If you would like some tips:
    I think more rice on the seaweed would support the heavier ingredients you have here, the main star being the protein! Also, it looks like the seaweed is a bit moist- which means you should leave the rice to cool longer before rolling. The tightness of the roll is looking pretty good however! Technical points!
