Paying for a concert ticket at seven eleven

Thank you for reading. So today I went out to Sevel to pay for Ed Sheeran ticket concert. As I paid I only got a small receipt without any amount that I paid for. I don’t understand how this system work. My sister said I should have gotten a number. But I got nothing only a proof of payment and pia written on the receipt. What do I do?

  1. I think it’s better to show us the photo of paper you received there.

Generally, if you pay at 7-11, you can receive the ticket.

  2. I worked for seven eleven for 2 years, so according to my knowledge you should get a small green color ticket (mostly) [something like this ](https://castel.jp/item/40478/) it’s highly unlikely they forgot to hand it to you.
or sometimes you’ll get a printable confirmation in the email.

  3. i thought the tickets will only appear in AnyPass app week before concert? did u book online and this was required…?

  4. I’m actually picking up a ticket next week.

You win the ticket then pay in cash at 7-11, just like you did.

Then you receive the email with a pickup date. In your case 11-8. Go back to 7-11 on that day and show them the email and they will print out the ticket for you.

  5. A LOT of apps are doing e-tickets only even though you can pay by cash at 711. They are really pushing apps this year.

Old or Print way: win the ticket, go to convini, pay and keep the receipt, receive email payment received, return to convini closer to date with the receipt or email bar code, convini prints your ticket

New or Electronic way: win the ticket, download the app from whatever company is selling, go to convini, pay, recieve email payment received and app updates to show the same, ticket appears (or is ready to download) close to concert date
