Hi, so long story short, there was a Japanese job fair in my country a few months ago and today I received a notification that they want me to do an online interview, I’ve confirmed that the interview will be held in “a little Japanese but basically English”. So my question is:
1. What kind of Japanese question should I expect?
2. And also, the job requires 3 interviews, what kind of questions should I expect on the 2nd and 3rd interviews? because I’m kinda confused, isn’t 3rd interview and so on for an experienced position? this job is an entry-level targeted at fresh graduates.
I’ve done some Google searches but some of the results only show “xx most common Japanese interview question” therefore I don’t really know which one is on which stage. That’s why I’m asking Reddit. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.
Edit: The position is Overseas Business Executive (yes, it’s targeted for fresh graduate)
