Nov 8 (Wed) Arrive Narita 4pm and check in to Disney Hotel
Nov 9 (Thur) Disneyland
Nov 10 (Fri) Disney Sea, Move hotels to Hyatt Centric Ginza
Nov 11 (Sat) Tsukiji, Art Aquarium, Sanrioworld Ginza, Uniqlo, Ginza 6, and Harajuku Kawaii Land
Nov 12 (Sun) Shibuya – Shibuya Sky, Puricura No Mecca, Loft Store, Gachapon, Kura Sushi, Miyashita Park, Parco Building, and squee in Akihabara
Nov 13 (Mon) Yokohama Bay
Nov 14 (Tues) Ueno zoo
Nov 15 (Wed) TeamLab Planets, Kidzania (English day), Katsumidori Sushi, change hotels to OMO5 Tokyo
Nov 16 (Thur) Shinjuku – Kabukicho Tower, Tokyo Met Gov building, Shinjuku National Garden
Nov 17 (Fri) Sensoji Temple, Mameshiba Dog Cafe, Sumida Aquarium, Tokyo Sky Tree
Nov 18 (Sat) Science museum, Imperial Palace, Kite Museum, Explore Tokyo Station
Nov 19 (Sun) Fly home evening (open day)
Main focus is for my daughter and wife. My daughter loves interactive activities and gachapon, Kawaii things. My wife likes museums and food. Any critique and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

No idea if this supposed to be in order… but Kabukicho Tower first thing in the day ? what do you even plan to do there in the morning? Shinjuku Gyoen (the garden) make more sense as the first thing to do in the day.
On the 11th, you’re ending up in Harajuku from Ginza, then the next day you’re wanting the squeeze in Akihabara after spending your day in and around Shibuya.
It could be worth considering swapping these two activities so you stay in the same general area for each day? It’s much easier to get to Akihabara if you’re in Ginza already. Likewise it’s a moderate walk from Shibuya to Harajuku. Might save you a trip across town at the end of each day.
