I don’t understand how to resend item on Mercari

Currently I’m selling my items on Mercari but there are some trouble happened to me.
The size that I picked is different so the item get sent back to me at home.
Now I don’t know how to resend it to the seller because the buying section didn’t know that the item is not being send so it’s in “sending mode”.
Currently I’m at the post office but they can’t help me as I can’t change the method to send the item.
I’m stuck here for hours already and they didn’t even trying to help me.
I want to cry but I’m holding myself and here I am hoping that someone would help me on this platform.

  1. Here is what the official Mercari site says to do in this situation:

    Basically you need to talk to the buyer to discuss how to resend it, who pays for the shipping, etc. It says that if you sent it through Mercari-bin the first time that you can’t do it again so you need to discuss it with the buyer.

  2. Ask for their address on chat and send it again via normal post/yamato from familymart. You’ll have to pay the shipping fee again. That’s it.
