Or is it completely impossible? Currently in the settings I can change language to another 8 or so, but it doesn’t have Japanese. I was wondering whether I could somehow find a way to change language to Japanese.
What I have found so far is only solutions for people wanting Japanece voice acting, but I am interested in in-game text.

Bloodborne The Old Hunters Edition has japanese audio and japanese subtitles as an option

You can buy the Japanese version. PS4 is region-free.
Maybe try setting the system language to Japanese? I don’t know how PS5 handle languages, but this is how Switch handles it most of the time.
