You might need to provide more information. Like what specific error are you getting, have you had issues using the card to pay for other things, has there been suspicious activity reported on the card, etc.
I had the same problem. I went to a Rakuten Mobile store for them to help me. Those young guys didn’t have a plan. Apparently, because they are two different companies, they couldn’t help me. I gave up and used another credit card.
By now, I stopped using both Rakuten mobile and Rakuten card.
I had this problem, and it was to do with the names not matching. Apparently setting up the card as “someone else’s card” instead of “my card” can help.
I had the same problem, went to a Rakuten shop to upgrade from an old plan to the new Unlimited one, after 3 hours of calling rakuten credit card and trying different methods to solve it, they couldn’t do anything to fix the problem so I changed to other mobile operator.
