Studying abroad at Gaidai University (Hirakata) or Shinsu University (Matsumoto)

I am currently offered these 2 locations to study overseas for a full year for 2021, or 2022. I am from a town population of about 15k in Oklahoma (America), but I have no problem being overwhelmed with stuff I’ve never seen before. I also have a total of 0 experience of knowing Japanese. I want to go and study abroad while I’m still young (and in college). I just have no idea what seems right for me, or what is right at all as I have no idea what to expect, or what to know. I was hoping this sub could point me in the right direction
