I recently got a full red snapper and cut it into fillets myself, and prepared nigiri and some sashimi. I did not cut it well and the fish was falling apart. The sashimi in the top right is the pieces that fell apart. Should I post this on sushi abomination?

Everyone needs a starting place, OP
I would still eat it, so it’s good enough!
Note that not all bloodlines are as tasty as hamachi. I remove every trace of bloodline when I do snapper as their bloodline has a very different flavor than the flesh.
Not bad for first time. My tips:
Sharpen your knife a bit and cut fish with one stroke to avoid fish falling apart.
Use less water on your hands so the rice can adhere together and not fall apart so much. I’m noticing rice grains on top of your fish.
Keep it up!! 🔪
