Day 1 (14-Nov) – Tokyo, Kyoto
\- Arrival at Narita airport
\- Take Shinkansen to Kyoto
\- Check in hotel
\- Tofukuji Temple (or any other temple) for night fall foliage
\- Maybe Gion if there’s extra time
Day 2 (15-Nov) – Kyoto
\- Kiyomizu-dera (Booked kimono around this area at 10AM)
\- Sannenzaka
\- Sanjusangendo
\- Fushimi Inari
\- Maybe food hunt at night if there’s extra time
Day 3 (16-Nov) – Kyoto, Osaka
\- Arashiyama area
\- Sagano Romantic Train (Booked ticket at 12PM)
\- Take train to Osaka
\- Osaka Castle
\- Dotonbori
(Interested in Osaka Aquarium, but don’t think we can fit it in)
Day 4 (17-Nov) – Kyoto, Tokyo
\- Nishiki Market
\- Check out from Kyoto hotel
\- Shinkansen to Tokyo
\- Check in to Tokyo hotel
\- Asakusa (Sensoji)
Day 5 (18-Nov) – Tokyo
\- Tsukiji Outer Market
\- Uniqlo Ginza
(Maybe Toyosu Market & Odaiba)
\- Akihabara
Day 6 (19-Nov) – Tokyo
\- Meiji Jingu
\- Shibuya
\- Sangenjaya
\- Shinjuku
Day 7 (20-Nov) – Tokyo
\- Go to any area or food we like and re-visit
\- Departure at Narita airport

As you say this is next week, I’m assuming all of your travel + accommodations are already booked and non-refundable, so apologies if this is useless to you, but in the case they’re not…I’d say stick to either just Tokyo or just Kyoto/Osaka. Considering 2-3 of your days are travel days, this is really a 5 day trip. Barely enough for either of those locations, let alone both of them. It’s way too short for this itinerary.
