Has anyone attempted to use iPoE with OCN? For reference, please find the information here about the service: https://service.ocn.ne.jp/hikari/ipoeadvance/
I am trying to grab my head around it before applying for the service. I currently use the old PPoE method which requires a username and password, but the new one apparently doesn’t require these. My current setup on PPoE looks like:
\–fiber–>ONU–CAT5E–UDM
Would I need any new device or to replace the ONU before proceeding?

This question has been on ubiquity forums for literally years now, 5+ at least. There’s no support and nothing planned.
