Idk how you would eat it though! Is it like a ball?
Yum, looks like a fun and tasty dish! How complicated is it to make that chive foam?
Damn, those are some Michelin bites right there
Chive recipe?
Amazing!
That has to incredible with that chive foam.
That is so stunning
That is quite beautiful. Absolutely lovely job.
I’d feel kinda guilty to destroy your artwork in just a bite.
Beautiful! Never seen anything like this. Unique and I bet it’s so delicious.
I’ve never heard of Temari before, thanks for sharing! It looks very complicated to make.
r/culinaryplating may like this. looks so fancy
Visually stunning, and the plating with the foam is awesome. I often feel when I get a bite with multiple types of fish that I lose the distinct flavors- how did that work out for you?
You’re talented. My GF made temari, one with mushrooms and the other with pickled cabbage and it was fantastic. I’m sure you enjoyed.
I’m guessing your toppings are nori wrapped fish.
Personally, I think temari sushi looks more cute and appetizing when presented with a colorful palette. I think nori is not the best topping, since it makes things look black/brown, especially alongside your fish. I think it would look more appetizing if you had one with salmon, a separate on with nori (or layered nori and fish if you want, rather than wrapped like this), and some other different colored toppings.
I think your chive foam plating is very beautiful!
Where can I eat this and what time will you be here with one?
