This will be our first trip to Japan. Will be in mid-late November for \~10 days. Trying to make sure the trip we are planning makes sense and isn’t too much but is plenty. We don’t get the chance to travel much and the airline tickets were gifts so we are trying to make the most out of it as we can.
If something doesn’t make sense or will be tough to make work, would be good to know. We are definitely flexible and just mostly excited to be having the trip in the first place.

Tsukiji is very close to the Hama-rikyu Gardens, so no reason to split that off to a separate day.
Also, Ghibli Museum is a bit far from central Tokyo, so make sure to allow enough time for travel and research the route in advance.
Also, which airport are you using? If you’ll be taking the Narita Skyliner, you’re going to want to end up in Ueno on the way back, so that might affect your plans.
>Evening: Head to Odaiba, visit Pallet Town, Odaiba Seaside Park, and have dinner
I believe Palette Town closed down over a year ago, though Odaiba still has Diver City mall
>Evening: Exploration, dinner, visit Arakawa Amusement Park
Have you checked the closing times for Arakawa Amusement Park?
> visit Pallet Town
You might also want to do a quick google search for this one.
