This whole wastewater debacle has really made it clear that ordinary people are absolutely dogshit at estimating risks and instantly become nuclear radiation experts because they remember a few headlines from 12 years ago. The water is treated. The only thing left is tritium. Tritium has a half life of 12 years. People are upset about absolutely fuckall here.
