Could you clarify what you mean? I don’t see the problem. Are you referring to the lack of sub-pixel anti-aliasing?
Seems to be related to (Anti-)Aliasing.
Look up font smoothing / ClearType.
Not a perfect solution but you can use a program called Mactype to fix this. Run it as a service if you decide to use it.
