Using gaijinpot jobs and jobsinjapan’s resume format to apply to teaching positions.

I’ve been looking at positions on both websites for eikawa and alt positions, and when submitting a resume through these sites, I have to do it through the site made resume which just lists off my past jobs and education while having just an avatar of myself as the profile pic. Reading through some of the job descriptions, they ask for a recent picture of myself to be included. So I’m just wondering is applying through the sites resume format with the only picture of me being the avatar in the little circle bubble enough? Thank you!
