For some reason I can’t add funds to my PASMO it worked last night around midnight but then it hasn’t been working all day and I know it’s not my card because I can add funds to Suica but Suica isn’t accepted so I must use PASMO. Any ideas on what’s going on? And how to fix it??

It keeps saying “An error occurred during payment processing. Please make sure you have selected the correct credit card. For details, please check the support portal or https://vmenu.pasmo.jp. (1902)”
Does it work with cash? Not saying that’s a permanent solution, just troubleshooting.
Which CC? Have you tried adding a smaller amount?
Suica isn’t accepted and Pasmo is? They are supposed to be entirely interchangeable.
