PASMO can’t add funds

For some reason I can’t add funds to my PASMO it worked last night around midnight but then it hasn’t been working all day and I know it’s not my card because I can add funds to Suica but Suica isn’t accepted so I must use PASMO. Any ideas on what’s going on? And how to fix it??
