So I’ve been looking for an intership, and recently found something that really fits my criteria. Its a company but they are doing remote work, so it totally fits my schedule since I work part-time while studying. I went to the interview and everything went well. The guy even said “you wont be needing a second interview. We’ll be arranging an introductory call before you start the job. Will xx date a good date to start your internship?” Etc etc.
After the interview I sent an email to say thank you and ask a question that I had forgotten to ask during the interview. Its been like 3 days since and I haven’t got a reply back from them. Did I got ghosted?

Give them a week at least
Possibly, but some companies are just shit at communication.

Some companies take two weeks or more to even share interview results.
Give it time. Three days is nothing at all.
I had companies take 4 weeks from CV application to first interview, then give positive feedback on first interview within 24h.
I had companies with smooth process from application to last HR interview over 3-4 weeks then take 3 weeks to make an offer because the guy in charge was on vacation then got COVID.
Sometimes they are interviewing other candidates that look promising and just keep you as a backup for weeks then things go well.
It sucks but you never know if you are out until you get feedback that you are out. And there are companies that never give such feedback.
In the meantime, the best is to keep applying to more companies.
