1. Bummer– it looks good! The English translation is such a hoot: “octopus balls.”

2. Darn. This one did look interesting in my search for takoyaki on a future planned trip to Japan. Guess I’ll take this one off the list. Hopefully there is a place around that can match or be even better than the ones I had from a random hole in the wall place I found in Busan. Perfectly crisp outside, fresh, hot, sauced up, and covered to the brim with bonito and negi.
