UK is probably a much better choice for a career, you could find your place in both business and computer science, best thing would be to save money and go study there if I was your age I would do like that. Because otherwise you’ll need sponsors and stuff it’ll be more complicated.
Study what you like best is the only right answer, don’t force yourself in doing something, only you can say what is the best for you (in terms of what to study)
Do what I did. Get your degree in the uk, get a couple of years of good work experience, then apply to jobs in Japan.
For CompSci, would study and start your career in the UK. Get some experience and then either transfer there or start your job search in Japan after getting some work experience. In the meantime, you can study Japanese and work towards fluency.
