Yucho Pay and authentication app

Sorry for the long post but need all the help I can lol.

Where to start. I’ve been trying to get a credit card with Yucho but never works so I wanted to transfer all the money I have into the Sony bank account I made. Somehow I got logged out of my Yucho Pay account(where you put in the pin for a transaction) and can’t login. I then logged into my Yucho direct account and I can’t make transfers even though I had made a few in the past. So in oder to do transfers you need the Yucho authentication app which I of course have so I re did all that and I got the email with a 12 digit number. Back on my Yucho direct account it said that if you received a mail for the transfers click here and then put in your 12 digit number. I DID THAT BUT SOMEHOW THEY SAID THE NUMBER IS WRONG. So I basically have the impression I’m going in circles and nothing is working. It annoys me so much cause I’ve done transfers with that account before and I honestly don’t know what to do at this point. Should I start over for the billionth time or go to one of their offices and try explaining this in Japanese 😂

  1. Credit Card with yucho? 😅 they did a screening for a debit card I failed, that was the end of my banking with them.
Yucho systems are crazy even with their apps. idk about getting yucho direct to work but if you can manage just go to any post office and tell you want to transfer money to another Bank account. bank workers are kind and will help you with every step. it’ll be done by using ATM though. provide them with your Sony bank account details.

  2. I have a yucho account and use yucho direct all the time… In my PC. I’ve installed the app and have no issue with it, I just don’t use it because…

If you want to transfer money in Japan the easiest, most reliable way is just to use an ATM.

With yucho it’s slightly more difficult because of the account number conversion thing between yucho and non yucho, but that’s trivially easy.
