Katsudon and deep fried egg from かつ丼 とんかつ二矢 in Ikebukuro

I haven’t had a lot of Katsudon but this one was one of the best. It might not look like a lot of rice but the bowl is very big so I might get a regular size next time. The slices of pork are fried on all sides, not cut after frying and the crust maintained a good bit of crispiness. The egg was also amazing and it all cost only ¥1180.

  1. Wow, that must taste amazing. Japan is such good value if you ask me, sitting here in London!

  2. It looks so perfect for a second I thought it was the fake food they put in the restaurant window!
