We are in Tokyo right now and were thinking of doing Hitachi Seaside Park tomorrow. My question was is it still worth going there this late in Nov? Would it still be as beautiful as in the other times of the year? It would be hugely helpful if you could let us know 🙏🏼

see for yourself. imo no. not worth at all. I went during peak spring and autumn(for this place it was mid october for the red kochia). And even then it’s not necessarily worth depending on your objective.
