Hi everyone, I’m a bit in panic mode right now. I was doing my extension period of stay visa application in the online portal today. I completed the application, and attached my facial photo. When I was about to attach the supporting materials, I accidentally clicked on the orange button “File the application to immigration” and my application changed to 申請完了 status. I could update my facial photo, but not attaching the documents anymore 😭
I will call the help desk on Monday, but just want to check if anyone manages to submit the documents later online without attaching the declaration form that states you will submit additional documents later?
Just when I thought I have overcome the user registration sudoku, now I’m facing this 😭 My visa will expire in three months if that helps…

I made the same mistake just a few days ago! Got a call from the local Immigration Bureau about a week after submitting the form. The person on the phone told me exactly what documents I needed to send and edited my application so I could upload files again. You may apparently also send them by post. You’ll be fine!
