MMoving to Japan

Vocational school vs bachelors degree

So I’m thinking long term and eventually would like to move to Japan. Issue though is when I notice stuff I look up online it says bachelors or equivalent education. So like does that mean any vocational college if it’s 3-4 years would count? Just debating so I can get a idea of how to plan
