Not sharp knife, too much water in the rice, not cooking the rice first, too much rice on the paper, folding the paper in half and not leaving enough room, not having a station approach (i did all my work on one board), rolling too much (I should have rolled once and tightened), not keeping the wrap on while cutting, putting the ingredients on one side instead of the middle…
