A few years ago she was working at Lowe’s to make ends meet for our family. She’s always doubted herself but this time taking her test she thought she for sure couldn’t do it. But she did!!! So she’s celebrating every day this week and I got to have a meal I haven’t been able to have before! I’m the luckiest daughter ever

I know ikura is expensive but would have gone half salmon sashimi and the other half buried in ikura on the other side,Dont get me wrong this salmon don is straight up fiya and beautiful just spoiled I guess eating good quality sashimi and sushi🤙🤙🤙
What is that leaf? It’s always in my salmon hand roll and it’s probably just me but i have to remove it because it’s so bitter
