Classroom avatar creating constructive conflict at small Japanese schools

1. My teachers did the same thing in my lessons growing up except instead of using some pre-programed avatar they just presented the opposing viewpoints or options in a neutral way and asked us to discuss the merits and demerits to them.

   But maybe that wouldn’t work in Japan, I dunno…
