  1. The Palestinian people are guided by a terrorist organization called Hamas which doesn’t prioritize the people; its sole aim is to kill Israelis and toxicify the current and next generations with their propaganda.

If the Palestinian people and protesters want real long lasting change, they have to uncomfortably look at themselves and change themselves, not just want change from others.

Realistically, nothing will change unless there comes a generation of both Palestinians and Israelis that want to live together more than kill each other. With Hamas driving Palestinians off the cliff and Netanyahu resistant to meaningful co-existence, it will not happen. It is only death for both sides.

  2. Let’s just remember: you can be pro Palestine and still be anti-Hamas. That’s actually a thing. Here’s the real kicker: you can be pro-Palestine while not being an anti-Semite. That’s a thing too.

    Prove me wrong.

  3. I wonder if Murakami was there…

“Between a high, solid wall and an egg that breaks it, I will always stand on the side of the egg. Yes, no matter how right the wall may be and how wrong the egg, I will stand with the egg. Someone else will have to decide what is right and what is wrong; perhaps time or history will decide.”

  4. Disgusting, sickening. Being for a “nation” that kills gays and women whenever they feel like it, just for the sake of being “oPeN-miNDed”. What a clown world.
I don’t necessarily hold Israël in my heart, but supporting Palestine is sickening.

  5. Tokyo has 30,000,000 people. There’s more than that at the crazy crossing every time the light changes.

  6. It’s amazing how a post about pro palestine is heavily downvoted by f zionists. There’s almost no pro israeli protest in Japan by the way, nothing compared to Pro Palestine. Human supports human, the evil can go f themselves. Pro Israelis zionists have their pants on fire knowing this. FREE PALESTINE

  7. I am Japanese, but I believe that Gaza should be free from Hamas. Then there would be no reason for Israel to bomb them.

  8. lol, good thing it was done at night, bunch of people protesting for stuff that’s happening across the globe, no reason to protest.

  9. Some communists in Hiroshima were giving out fliers for a “pro peace” demonstration yesterday

  10. Israel is Eren and the rest of the world is Armin and the gang trying to stop him from committing genocide.

  11. Anyone wonder why there were so many shady Israelis in Tokyo before 9/11/2001, then they just all seemed to magically disappear?

  12. Let’s just remember this **fact**: the state of Israel was established on the land of Palestine in 1948. This is the origin of the conflict. Israel is an occupation, like what Russia did in Ukraine and we all did not like. The only difference is that it happened before it, and oh the west is okay with it.

  13. Downvote away but I’m just going to list some facts. Do with them what you want. I don’t really care to take sides between these two horrible countries.

    1. No one was doing anything about Palestine. No one really cared about their struggle. No one was certainly going out to protest.
    2. Hamas went on a pogrom and killed a bunch of innocent civilians. A lot.
    3. Hamas knew what Israel would do and were not dissuaded.
    4. Israel did what we all knew they would do.
    5. Now, everyone is protesting for a free and independent Palestine.
    6. (Not a fact but my opinion) When Palestine gets its own independent state or whatever these people are demanding, Hamas will be elected to rule, just like they were elected in the past.

That’s it. Have a good night in free and peaceful Japan.

  14. As a Japanese I find it very disturbing to see racist and ignorant people on the subreddits of Japan saying awful things about Arabs, Muslims and Pro-Palestine community. Those same people always complaining about the ‘racism’ of Japanese towards foreigners, it really shows now that they project their own insecurities.

I have educated myself on the difference between antisemitism and antizionism and I suggest you do so and then you can really comment on the topic, but I guess that will never heal the hatred you have towards any person who’s different opinion, religion, race, beliefs than yours.

  15. As long as people aren’t blocking roads and sidewalks then do whatever is legal. But to be honest these type of protests in general about foreign issues are pointless. Why protest in a country that isn’t involved and has nothing to do with the constant conflict in the middle east? Same in New York. All those people gathered in the streets blocking the roads disrupting peoples daily lives to get to work, doctors appointments, funerals etc. And for what? What is the goal? Awareness? We already know. The world knows but that still hasn’t stopped people in the middle east from killing eachother and violating human rights laws like savages for generations. People who have so much time and freedom should go to where the fighting is and protest or do whatever to make an actual difference. These people have been fighting since before most of us on reddit were even born. Random protests in foreign countries aren’t going to stop the fighting.

  16. イスラエルの入植が許されるなら我々日本人は何故台湾や朝鮮半島を失って原爆を落とされたんだ?

    世界の兄弟たちよ、公平に行こうぜ
