Hi, I’ve got some big problems with my MySOS web account from something very dumb I did. I misread an email and ended up pre-registering with MySOS Web early for quarantine procedures, and now I can’t change anything or rescind the pre-registration, and I put in a random flight because I thought I was required to do the pre-registration in the email. I think you can change it on the app, but on my browser I can’t see any way to do anything about the pre-registration. I also can’t connect my phone app to my web account, and when I try to do so it says that my email address is linked to my valid passport information so I can’t log in. I’m worried if I might get fined for this or something, so if anyone could please help me with this I would be very, very grateful.
