Hello everyone.
The situation:
I’ve been living in Japan for about 5 years and I have long hair (male).
I always trim my hair by myself and my Japanese speaking skills aren’t great despite the time I’ve been here.
Why I’m posting here:
I decided to change my hairstyle since I’m job hunting and I understand this change can basically impact all my interactions here in a positive way.
The problem:
I have trust issues when it comes to letting other people cut my hair. So I’m feeling insecure about where to go.
What I want is:
Recommendations on places to cut my hair. Someone who can safely make a style that fits my face structure.
Plus:
It would be best if the place had English speaking staff, but if it’s a great place without it, I can go anyways!
Thank you in advance!
TL;DR: Title.

Afrodita in Yokohama and The Barber Shop in Higashi Kanagawa both have English-speaking staff. But that may be a little too far out.
