¥2,300 and the owner talked through all the dishes and explained that ALL the ingredients are locally sourced.
Very tasty! Planning to take my parents there when they visit Japan next year.

  1. This is one of the mind blowing things about Japan. This is just across Tokyo Bay from the biggest urban area in the world.

  5. That’s so awesome. Even though I can’t speak Japanese, one of my favorite things to do is chat with the owner/chef about things using google translate. Also went to a cocktail bar one evening where the owner attempted to walk me through how he developed his specials using local ingredients and how the flavors and textures change depending on the timing you’re drinking it. Not in the best English of course. But good enough.
