The owner there, Shiro-san, is a legend. He only makes sushi a few nights a week now, but last time I was there (a couple weeks ago), he was busing tables and cleaning the place.
Food is always fantastic, chefs are nice. It’s a little predictable… but it’s consistently excellent.

Top notch, grade A. Long pieces, not common.
I post Kashiba on here like twice now, and I get maybe 10 likes. Haha. Probably the best food I’ve ever eaten.
