Got 1.8 kg of Miso paste from Costco (it was kept in normal shelf). It says keep in cool and dark place. Does it mean I can keep it outside the fridge?

Moving and I know I have pending packages coming in the next month. Contacted the company who have told me that the only way for me to change the address is to do it when it ships. They only ship sagawa.
Does anyone else kind of… not enjoy it when their family comes to visit? Don’t get me wrong, it was a great trip but I guess I realised I much prefer visiting them in England than them coming to see me here
Maybe because my sister and nieces were here or maybe we were just too busy, but I feel like we barely spent any quality time together😠I also felt my parents perhaps weren’t very at ease here this time even though they’ve visited more than 5 times, maybe because they’ve gotten older. I had so much fun visiting them at home in August, I’m confused and a bit sad lolðŸ˜
