   Whether you paid or not is not really what the police are concerned with. What they’re concerned with is you might be about to receive dangerous drugs that are dangerous. Once you receive those you are in possession of dangerous drugs that are dangerous dangerously and the police take a very dim view of that usually involving a significant period of pre-trial detention followed by a polite escort out of the country with a ban on reentry.

   After all, someone you don’t know has sent you questionable pharmaceuticals in the mail. I’d be more worried about what other nice illegal goodies they might have included in the package than the totally not illegal Cardarine. I’d just buy it domestically since a quick google search says it’s not illegal here and seems relatively easily available although that cancer risk…

   You are saying the package has been held by customs – did you get any letter or call from them? Or is it just what the tracking status says?

   Sometimes packages can stay at customs for a while before they are released. If you do receive a letter from them, they might just want to know about the contents and/or whether they can test a sample. It happens when items aren’t labelled properly/at all and they get curious.
