Hey everyone. I am looking to apply for PR next year and I’m wondering about how to provide proof of timely payment for social insurance premiums and taxes like juminzei or nenkin if I’ve been using Pay Easy through the MUFG app for the past few years. There’s obviously no conbini stamp indicating which day the bill was paid. Nevertheless, I *do* keep all of the original slips and write a note about which day the payment was completed, but if I need to show proof of timely payment, how should I do that? I thought that screenshots of the bank records could work, but the payments just show up as transfers without any information linking it to a specific monthly slip. Does anyone have any similar situation or know what would satisfy the immigration office in this case?

Bank statements directly from your bank will absolutely have the date and XYZ city hall/tax center on them. You’ll need to go and have them printed if you’re using the net-tsuucho. Pain in the ass to go, but possible.
Is it not just submitting your 納税証明書 and 課税証明書 like for other visa / residence status related stuff?
