Not the deepest, just the largest, though the heavyweight tag scene in NJPW in general is way healthier than it has been in a long time.
Maybe in the minority, but I found it to be very weak. I can’t imagine any other team except Ren and Shota winning.
First saw Roderick Strong in Mikey Nicholls.
I’m pretty excited. I’ve been anticipating Murder Sauce being part of tag league since 4th of July. If they hadn’t made the cut I would have been bummed. I am, however, disappointed that we aren’t getting Tsuji/Shingo. Not sure what happened there.
